Territory Sales Managers – Two Positions Available

Responsibilities for the right candidate may include:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure assigned sales revenue targets are met through the implementation of strategic sales planning and solution selling methodologies.
- Ensure a high level of communications between existing and prospective customers.
- Act as a primary liaison between the end-user customer and Omnivex for the transfer of sales-, technical-, product-, pricing-, and support-related information.
- Manage and resolve all business issues that directly affect the ability to develop long-term relationships between Omnivex and the customer.
- Ability to conduct detailed research to establish the account background in order to build and maintain effective territory plans, account strategies, and account plans.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer/prospect fiscal business strategy, key influencers and decision makers, and procurement decision processes.
- Build high-level strategic relationships and direct contacts within accounts, ensuring complete coverage of the executive decision making individuals (CxO, EVP, SVP, VP).
- Lead and conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to 'C' level management.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals and respond to RFI’s and RFP’s as required.
- Assure continual account satisfaction through maximum responsiveness, superior service levels, and personalized customer care.
- Provide required sales forecasts, activity reports, etc. as required for the Director of Sales.

Inside Sales Support Administrator

Responsibilities for the right candidate may include:
- Support the efforts of the Sales Team and Omnivex global resellers throughout the sales cycle and processing of orders as they are closed.
- Process and enter all orders into our Customer Records Management system (CRM) with accuracy - products, maintenance, training and services.
- Perform sales order review verifying that all appropriate documentation is complete (i.e. terms and conditions, part numbers, prices etc.).
- Assist with quote generation and software evaluation requests to prospects and existing customers.
- Data entry of all web inquires and sales leads into the CRM, maintain customer and prospect data in the CRM as deemed necessary.
- Respond to web inquiries and distribute sales leads (web inquiries/tradeshows/partners/other) to the Sales Team or respective Omnivex reseller based on their pre-defined accounts and territories.
- Answer incoming general information requests made by prospective and existing customers.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Omnivex products, services, processes and policies.
- Communicate and liaise with other Omnivex department personnel to ensure efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Respond to Sales Team inquiries regarding customer order history, customer account history, pricing and part numbers.
- Respond to RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s when required.
- Pursue customer maintenance renewals, when requested.
- Learn Omnivex technology to the point of being able to conduct a proficient web demo.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- A post-secondary education.
