Channel Sales Administrator
Position: Full-time employee
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Concord, ON

The right candidate would:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized sales potential.
- Ensure a high level of communications between existing and prospective Channel Partners to promote the overall Channel Partner program.
- Act as a liaison between Channel Partners, their customers, and Omnivex for the transfer of sales-, technical-, product-, pricing-, and support-related information.
- Assemble and disseminate sales and marketing materials to promote the sale of Omnivex products through the channel.
- Communicate key sales initiatives and partner programs to the Channel Partners
- Administrate the process for engaging potential Channel Partners identified by Field Sales organizations and make recommendations on suitability.
- Work collaboratively with existing Territory Sales Managers in the development of regional Channel Partners as required.
- Mobilize required corporate resources to ensure that all sales, technical, and support requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor and report on Channel Partner progress and performance in relation to channel program commitments.
- Provide required sales forecasts, reports, etc. for the Channel Partners
- Administrate the Channel Rebate Program
Minimum qualifications include:
Relationship Management
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with Channel Partner personnel at all levels.
- A team player with the ability to work with other departments at Omnivex to facilitate programs and support channel.
- Ability to clearly deliver a confident, professional message to a wide range of stakeholders.
Business Skills
- Proven ability and experience calling at the executive-level within partner organizations.
- Highly organized
- Sales experience in the digital signage marketplace preferred.
- 2+ years channel sales experience and/or field sales experience with a channel-based company.
- Accurate analysis and forecasting ability.
- Good presentation skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
Technical Skills
- Must have an enthusiasm for technology and a solid understanding of the channel/distribution marketplace.
- Fundamental proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Effective business writing skills are required.
- Excellent problem solving abilities to identify and solve reseller challenges.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar degree with relevant working experience.
- Formal Sales Methodology Training (i.e. Solution Selling, Holden - Power Based Selling, or equivalent sales training).
Creative Design Specialist
Position: Full-time employee
Reports to: Marketing Manager

The right candidate would:
- Become an expert at using our applications – assisting our customers in using the solutions to their maximum creative potential.
- Consult with clients and sales representatives to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of visual communication materials to meet their needs.
- Under direction from Marketing, design, develop and maintain corporate web site.
- Develop custom content and multimedia for marketing materials and to assist Sales representatives during demonstrations in the field.
- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements of the concept using traditional tools and multimedia software.
- Assist in marketing material development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Relevant Community College degree/diploma in web/graphics design/development or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a creative, digital media, web-development environment using the following tools and technologies: XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, QuarkXpress, etc.
- Proven experience using Adobe Products (PhotoShop, Flash, ActionScript AS2 & AS3, Illustrator CS4, After Effects CS4, etc.).
- A sound creative and conceptual vision for execution of projects, and the ability to deliver high quality interactive content to meet strategic business objectives.
- Possession of or proven ability to develop the necessary technical skills to perform proficiently all aspects of web site design/development work.
- Artistic creativity, balanced with strong sense of analytical technical ability.
- Excellent communications skills, especially of artistic visions and layouts.
- The ability and desire to remain current with all new software products/upgrades.
This position also requires that you be well organized, responsible, have strong team skills and be able to operate with minimal supervision. The right candidate must also be artistic and a creative problem solver. Candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio of past work to demonstrate proficiency.
