Doug Bannister
CEO & Director of Software Development

Doug is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Software Development of Omnivex Corporation. Doug founded Omnivex after 7 successful years in the
LED sign software business to take advantage of the newer screen technologies found in plasmas and LCDs. Recognizing the potential for a revolutionary
signage market, Doug embarked on developing software to capitalize on the graphic potential of the emerging technology.
Doug has always maintained direct responsibility for the architecture of the software to ensure the product remains at the forefront of the industry.
Combined with his vision, leadership and experience as an entrepreneur in the LED sign market, Doug has used his understanding of customer requirements
and knowledge of technology to create leading software products for the digital signage industry.
Prior to starting Omnivex, Doug founded BCD Systems Inc., a company that developed software to manage information on LED displays, such as stock tickers
and market wallboards in the global marketplace. BCD Systems and Omnivex merged in 2002.
Doug was born in 1966 and grew up in the Toronto area. Doug holds a degree in Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and is a member
of Mensa Canada.

Jeff Collard
President

Jeff is the President of Omnivex Corporation, assuming the role in 1998. Jeff is the driving force behind the company’s sales and marketing activities
and relationships with its business partners. He previously held senior positions at ESAB and Union Carbide in marketing, sales, R&D, production and
operations over a period of 20 years. Soon after joining Omnivex, Jeff established relationships with many of the major hardware manufacturers in Japan
and North America. These strategic alliances have enabled Omnivex to enhance its hardware control component of the software, a unique offering of Omnivex.
Jeff also created and grew the Channel program at Omnivex, establishing Omnivex Value Added Resellers in major markets around the world. Jeff has traveled
extensively throughout the world speaking at major industry shows, and is currently a member of several industry organizations. Jeff has been recognized
throughout North America and Europe as a leading authority in the digital signage industry.
Jeff was born in 1958 and grew up just north of Toronto. Jeff holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Windsor, as well as his Professional
Engineer designation.

Corie Bannister
Chief Financial Officer

Corie is Chief Financial Officer of Omnivex Corporation. Corie is responsible for Omnivex’ overall financial activities and for multiple corporate departments
including Accounting, Contracts, and Human Resources. Corie played a key role in the amalgamation of BCD Systems and Omnivex Corporation in 2002, making Omnivex
a full solution software provider to the display market. In her tenure at Omnivex, Corie has had direct involvement with various departments within the company
including Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing. With her experience in various areas of the business, Corie is able to bring valuable
knowledge to her current position.
Corie joined BCD Systems in 1997 as Controller. Before assuming that role, Corie spent 7 years with ESAB Group Canada (a Canadian subsidiary of the former Union
Carbide) where she was involved in various accounting and IT roles reporting to the CFO. Her last position at ESAB was Logistics Manager, responsible for Inventory,
Distribution and Customer Service across Canada.
Corie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Corie is actively involved in equestrian sport where she competes on a regular
basis at a national level.

Aldo Valenzano
Director of North American Sales

Aldo joined Omnivex Corporation as the Director of North American Sales in 2005. Aldo is directly responsible for all field sales activity in North America
through teams in both Canada and the United States. Aldo has traveled extensively throughout North America to familiarize himself with the existing customer
base and potential market opportunities. Under Aldo’s guidance, Omnivex sales have grown consistently, where he has also been responsible for strategic planning,
budgeting and forecasting.
Prior to joining Omnivex, Aldo was Regional Director for Kronos Inc, a Canadian subsidiary of an international software company. Aldo’s professional career has
spanned 25 years in the technology arena, including hardware, software, channels and distribution with leading technology companies throughout North America.
Aldo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering from the University of Toronto as well as his Professional Engineer designation. Aldo is an avid golfer and
enjoys family time with his wife and three children.

Diane Ratigan
Inside Sales Manager

Diane joined Omnivex Corporation in the newly created role of Inside Sales Manager in 2007. Diane is responsible for the Inside Sales team, which develops and
maintains relationships with existing and prospective customers. The Inside Sales department processes all sales transactions in addition to providing product,
pricing and general support related information to both end user customers and Omnivex Channel partners.
Diane brings with her over 11 years of experience in customer service from the retail sector, where she held various management positions in the greeting card
industry. She has a proven record of accomplishments in planning and leading comprehensive retail programs for some of the major national retailers in North America.
These programs included intensive client care, from product selection and placement, to managing national roll-outs at the store level. Diane’s experience serves
her well in her role at Omnivex, as it has given her the ability to accurately identify customer needs and present appropriate product and service offerings.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Ontario. She is active in the equestrian community as an accredited National
Hunter, Hack, Equitation and Jumper Judge and officiates at horse shows across Canada.

Elizabeth Cartan
Marketing Manager

Elizabeth is the Marketing Manager at Omnivex Corporation. Elizabeth joined Omnivex in 2006 and is responsible for the execution of the company’s world-wide
advertising, public relations and marketing campaigns. Under Elizabeth’s direction, the Omnivex marketing team delivers highly integrated marketing communications
campaigns and global relationships, to increase the company's presence in the industry and develop effective marketing collateral. She was an integral part of the
team responsible for the marketing effort to launch Omnivex Moxie, to the global marketplace in 2008.
Elizabeth brings valuable experience as an entrepreneur to the company with her ability to understand the various aspects of the business from a strategic point
of view. Her work on various projects has earned Omnivex numerous awards in the industry, recognizing the company as a leading provider of software for digital signage.
As an entrepreneur, Elizabeth developed a niche business, establishing new standards within the industry to which other competitive companies strived to achieve.
Her innate people skills and competitive nature combine to create a natural fit for her marketing role at Omnivex.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She also graduated from the University of Toronto, where she
continued her studies in marketing. Elizabeth is an accomplished equestrian competitor in the international arena.

Tim Fernandes
Manager of Technical Services

Tim Fernandes is the Manager of Technical Services at Omnivex Corporation. Tim joined Omnivex in 2006 as the Manager of Technical Services Group, responsible
technical support, training, installation, and internal IT infrastructure at Omnivex. Tim was responsible for managing and coordinating the technical aspects of
the relocation of the Omnivex head office to its new state-of-the-art facilities, including the implementation of Omnivex software to control all A/V-related
features and all telecommunications infrastructure.
Prior to joining Omnivex, Tim was a Senior Technical Consultant for KPMG Canada where he spent 4 years in various supervisory roles in the IT and Operations groups.
Tim was a key member of many enterprise project teams, including deployments in Risk Management, Human Resources, Tax, Audit, Marketing and Operations.
Tim is a graduate of CDI College in Toronto, Ontario. Tim is also an accomplished professional chef, attaining the Red Seal of Canada and serving as Executive
Chef at restaurants across Canada and the Caribbean. In his spare time, Tim is an avid fly fisherman, bow hunter and enjoys volunteering his time to rehabilitate
Ontario’s trout streams and wetlands.

Jefferson Hall
Manager of Quality Assurance

Jefferson is the Manager of Quality Assurance at Omnivex Corporation. Jefferson joined Omnivex in 2004 and currently manages both full-time and summer/work-term
interns in the department. Jefferson is responsible for the testing environment at Omnivex, managing and coordinating the released versions of Omnivex products.
Jefferson is directly responsible for the test teams and test engineering at Omnivex, driving testing standards and methods to new levels.
Jefferson has spent most of his professional life in the Quality Assurance environment for some large Canadian companies, including ScotiaBank and Delano Technology
Corporation. Jefferson graduated from Acadia University in Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Business Arts, majoring in Finance. He also holds a Certificate in Applied
Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Outside of his work life, Jefferson is an accomplished sailor, competing internationally on a regular basis, including the 2002 and 2004 World Championships. In his
spare time, Jefferson enjoys many outdoor sports and spending time with his wife and young children.

Andrea Schuurmans
Manager of Human Resources and Administration

Andrea is the Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Omnivex Corporation. Andrea joined Omnivex in 1999 in the Administration Department. She is
currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Credit Departments as well as the Human Resources Department. Andrea oversees all
aspects of the payroll and benefits programs for all employees of Omnivex Corporation and its US subsidiary.
Andrea previously worked in the sign industry as a customer service professional for national accounts. Prior to that, Andrea worked for the Ontario Securities
Commission in the Corporate Finance Department. Andrea started her professional career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon, a top-tier law firm in Toronto.
Andrea is an honors graduate from Humber College, attaining the highest grade in her graduating class. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her
husband and two sons in their country home north of Toronto.
