Omnivex offers customers optimal performance and protection from obsolescence through our Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS) program. AMS provides customers with 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access to Technical Services. In addition, customers with AMS have ongoing access to regular product updates for their current software version. Changes to operating systems and graphics drivers or updates to 3rd party applications can severely restrict the flexibility of your system. Omnivex provides new features and enhancements on a regular basis in order to keep our products current with other technologies. AMS provides you with assurance that your digital signage network evolves with your needs and continues to be current with related applications. Additional software discounts may be applicable to customers with AMS, based on prior Omnivex purchases.
