Software Maintenance
The digital signage environment is constantly changing both on the software and hardware
fronts. The Omnivex support and engineering team is not only in-touch with the latest
technology developments; in many cases we are leading the way. Our people are in close
collaboration with the major hardware and third-party software providers and ensure that
most new developments are supported in Omnivex software releases.
We are continually enhancing and updating our software solutions to meet this changing
environment and provide added functionality. Software updates are released throughout the
year, and typically include 2 major releases with significant features added. These
updates are available to customers enrolled in the support and maintenance program and
are accessed within the help menu of each Omnivex application. There is a link to our
website where the latest version is available to be downloaded at the user’s convenience.

Technical Support
Customers enrolled in the Omnivex Support and Maintenance Program can take advantage of
our technical support resources. Our support department culture promotes teamwork and
dedication to resolving service issues within agreed upon timelines. Omnivex Corporation
uses an extensive CRM system to log, track and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
A call history is kept and recurring problems are brought forward and given the
appropriate attention.
