From October 16th - 18th 2017 Omnivex will be hosting its 4th Annual Users Conference at the Niagara Falls Hilton in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The conference will be an excellent opportunity to hear best practices, learn about new products and product updates, participate in informative and interactive sessions, and get tips and tricks.

You will also have the chance to:

If you have extra time when you are in Niagara Falls there are a number of attractions and sites worth visiting.


Niagara Airbus is offering a discount to all Engage attendees. With discount code 489 their service is offering:

The code is valid for travel from October 9-25th 2017 to allow ample time to travel before and after the event each event.

  • Valid Credit card number and expiry date and CVV security code to at least guarantee the reservation.

In order to receive your special pricing, on the first page, make your choice in the service type called Airport Service  Choose “shuttle shared ride”  or “  Exclusive Private Car” Choose your origin and destination and click on One way or round  trip , then enter your conference code assigned specific to your group  and click on “book now” . Pricing for this choice will automatically be discounted, based on the code you are using.

The next few screens gather information we require to provide you with the appropriate pickup times etc.  The pickup and drop off information pages contain list boxes from which you can simply choose your hotel …. Our system will then fill in the address information.

On the Payment screen, choose to pay for your reservation with a credit card. Simply ensure “credit card” is ticked off, and enter the information.  If you would prefer to pay the driver, click on “Cash to driver” and then you must fill out the credit card information. When this is the case, we do not charge your card, but we do pre-authorize the amount of the reservation, to ensure we have a valid credit card for guarantee purposes.

Please then click (only once) the “Submit”  button. It will provide a confirmation number, which you can print as your receipt, or choose to receive an email confirmation of the reservation.

Q: How do I get to the Hilton Niagara Falls from the airport?

A: There are a number of different airports you can fly into in order to reach the Hilton Niagara Falls, including Toronto Pearson, Buffalo International, Billy Bishop (Toronto Island) and Hamilton International. We recommend checking Google maps for an exact route and travel time, but on average it should be a 60-90 minute drive from the airport to Niagara Falls (depending on which airport you land at).

A: The conference will be held in the hotels main ballroom.

Q: What are the parking options at the hotel?

A: Valet parking is $20 CAD per day. There is also a covered self-park garage for $10 CAD per day.
