Summary
Once you have installed Omnivex Moxie Studio on your PC, you need to activate the software before you can use it.

Solution
When you receive your copy of Moxie Studio, you also receive an e-mail from Omnivex Registration with your activation information. You need the information in this e-mail in order to complete the activation process.

Note: Your PC must be connected to the Internet in order to activate your Moxie Studio.

To activate your Moxie Studio:

  1. Launch Moxie Studio. The Connection Wizard appears.
  2. From Transport Type, select:
    • Computer Name, to connect to your Data Server using a PC name
    • TCP, to connect to your Data Server machine using an IP address
  3. In Data Server or Data Proxy Address, depending on what you have selected in Transport Type, type the name or IP address of the PC on which your Data Server or Data Proxy is installed.
  4. Click Next
  5. Click Next
  6. Type your activation information that was included in your e-mail in the Username, Password and Activation Code sections.
  7. Click Activate. A message appears indicating your licence file has been generated.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Done.
