Ports and Domains to be whitelisted for Omnivex Ink
The following ports and domains will need to be whitelisted in order for you to connect to Ink. Where you see <organization> this should be replaced with the name of your Ink Org.
Please note that while the Ink IP addresses are static, the CDN IP addresses are dynamic and dependent on the customer’s client source as the connection will be made to the closes PoP location(s). It is best to whitelist the FQDN as opposed to an IP address for the CDN however customers can test from their location as to which IP addresses the FQDN resolves, keeping in mind that IP is subject to change (CDN provider is Akamai).
Ink Whitelist URLs and Ports:
HTTP - port 80
HTTPS - port 443

(note that Orgs in the Canadian Ink environment use the domain .omnivex-ca.ink)

https://server.toonimo/com - required for the Ink help button.

Authentication Provider:
The specific port required for authentication must be whitelisted according to the system in use.
PlaySync (for Syncpacks):
ICE Candidate Ports: 49152 to 65535
STUN Server Port: 3478
