Symptom
Microsoft Windows has the functionality to display fonts in sizes that are larger than the default setting. Increasing the size of fonts system-wide can have an adverse and unpredictable effect for applications that also have font size display options; applications such as Moxie.
Moxie displays content best when the system text size is at the default setting.

Omnivex recommends that Moxie Network Administrators perform a variety of system configuration tasks on computers intended to act as Moxie Players. You can complete many of these configuration tasks as part of a customized installation image.

Typically there are two reasons why this would occur:
Once you have installed Omnivex Moxie Studio on your computer, you need to activate the software before you can use it.
When you receive your copy of Moxie Studio, you also receive an e-mail from Omnivex Registration with your activation information. You need the information in this e-mail in order to complete the activation process.
Note: Your computer must be connected to the Internet in order to activate Moxie Studio.
