When your Moxie Player is displaying content that contains a WMV file (Windows Media Video file) on the secondary monitor of a multi-monitor system, it is not displaying content correctly.

You want to use a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation as content in a Moxie layout.

Omnivex Moxie can display Microsoft PowerPoint files in a layout if you have PowerPoint installed and properly configured on your Moxie Studio and Player computers. This is accomplished by directing a Web zone to a PowerPoint PPS or PPSX file where the Web zone will then use PowerPoint to display the slide show content in your layout.

Microsoft PowerPoint slides can be exported as a collection of image files for use in a Moxie image or media zone within a layout or a playlist. Displaying slide show content as a collection of images eliminates the need for an installation of Microsoft PowerPoint on your Moxie Studio or Player computers and takes advantage of Moxie's native image support.

You want to use a video file with a transparent background as content in Moxie but you must prepare the video in a video editing application before you import it.

Fonts that are not installed correctly or are not the correct font type, are not available for Moxie or Display 3.

You have installed fonts on your computer but when you run Moxie or Display 3:

1. the fonts do not appear in the application font list
2. the font looks different than you expect when displayed in content on Player

The Annual Maintenance and Support ("AMS") program includes technical support that provides the resources to solve specific product issues. Omnivex Technical Support hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time (ET).  

AMS is billed annually for any customers who have perpetual licenses of Omnivex software.
